Perch is not open to the public yet. This page covers the only thing the site does today: our waitlist. If you give us your email to be told when the Perch beta opens, here is what we do with it. Perch is operated by Thriving Colibri Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Only your email address, and only when you choose to join the waitlist. We also note the date you joined and which page you signed up from, so we can see how the waitlist is doing. That is all. We do not ask for your name, payment details or anything else, because there is no account to create yet.
Why we use it
To email you once to confirm you are on the list, and again when the beta opens. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who handles it
We keep the list in our database (Supabase) and send the emails through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers only process the data to provide those services to us. We do not sell your email or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The waitlist uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits and sign-ups in aggregate. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. When the full product launches, the live app will use cookies and ask for your consent then.
How long we keep it
Until the beta opens and we have invited you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email, we take it off the list.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us. Under UK GDPR you can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the email we hold. Just email us. There is nothing else to manage, because the email is all we have.
